These Terms govern your use of the Experts Cabin website and the services we provide. By engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide Shopify theme development, store design, app development, custom checkout and cart development, and CRM/ERP systems. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement.

Quotes & payment

Project quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Work typically begins after an agreed deposit is received.
Milestone or final payments are due as set out in the proposal.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, content, feedback and approvals needed to complete the work. Delays in these may affect timelines.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components and our reusable internal tools, which remain licensed for use in your project.

Revisions & support

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately. Post-launch support terms are defined per project.

Limitation of liability

We deliver work to a professional standard but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
